Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and the steps you need to take to return or request a refund for any items purchased from us.

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to all products purchased directly from Blush Topin through our website (https://blushtopin.com) or any other official sales channel we manage. If you made a purchase from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy for instructions.

2. Returns

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are happy to help you return them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

How to Return an Item:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item.
  • Step 3: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Step 4: Please pack the item securely and send it back to the address we provide. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process described above and place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include, but are not limited to:
